To realize the efficient transformation of technological achievements, we have built a modern intelligent production base covering an area of over 10,000 square meters, equipped with a full set of imported CNC precision processing equipment, full-process digital production lines and intelligent testing equipment, realizing full-process automated and intelligent production from component processing, assembly, debugging to finished product delivery, greatly improving production efficiency and product consistency. At the same time, we integrate strict military-grade quality control standards into every link of production, establishing 18 strict full-process quality inspection procedures. From incoming raw material inspection, component processing inspection to whole machine performance testing, aging testing and safety testing, each procedure is fully supervised by professional quality inspectors to accurately control product details, strictly controlling the product failure rate below 0.5%, ensuring that every laser projector leaving the factory has both stable and reliable performance and high-definition and delicate excellent image quality.
